Job Description
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Also in charge of driving the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to demonstrations and sale.
- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service.
- Assisting customers with questions, needs and purchases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, chemistry or engineering is a plus.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in the same position or chemical additives for paint and plastic.
- Good English skills.
- Microsoft Office.
