- Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design & implement a strategic business plane.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching & performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Present sales, revenue & expenses reports & realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposal & presentations.
- Partner with sales team to plane, prepare & execute on strategic deals.
- Collect & document competitive intelligence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering OR Chemical
- Successful previous experience as a sales & marketing representative.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plane to close.
- Strong business sense & industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated & achievable solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Language skills: English - fluent.
- Computer skills: Microsoft office - Internet.
