Job Description

  • Handling general receptionist tasks (answer phones, taking notes, forwarding calls, leaving messages, etc).
  • Provide requested information to callers, direct them to appropriate personnel and take messages when needed .
  • Provide general information regarding the company functions and respond to routine inquiries externally and internally .
  • Providing administrative support (filing, scanning, entering data etc).
  • Schedule meetings and appointments .

Job Requirements

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • Females only can apply.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Presentable with outstanding communication skills .
  • From 0-2 years of experience/maximum age 27 .
