Job Description

Implement and support Fawry implementation project with co-ordination with the project team

  • Good experience in digital channels, payment systems and integrations
  • Implement Digital Channels and payments systems into production and DR Site environments.
  • Prepare production support documentation and operations guides.
  • Maintains Digital Channels access logs and documents systems related to procedures.
  • Tests and implements new business requirements.
  • Apply system patches, upgrades and mandates.
  • Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, hardware, application software and system management tools
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers or vendors to implement those fixes
  • Manage communication and escalation with IT vendors for systems in scope of work
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and define backup and restore procedures for systems in scope
  • Develop and write required documentation for new installed and configured systems and solutions
  • Act as IT infrastructure SPOC for all projects assigned to in co-ordination with IT management

Job Requirements

  • A college degree is required.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology digital Channels & payments systems.
  • Advanced knowledge in digital channels and payments systems integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of installations, management and troubleshooting of Windows Server, IT systems and solutions
  • Good knowledge and Experience with Microsoft operating systems.
  • Advanced hardware & software troubleshooting skills.
  • Banking Experience is preferable
  • Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other teams.
  • Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner.
  • Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
