- Receiving Purchasing Request and prepare it as per procedure.
- Evaluation of quotations and issuing comparative statements.
- Dealing with the only current supplier with the current price
- Preparation of inquiry package, sourcing, placing inquiries to be approved head of the department
- Preparation of emergency purchasing orders.
- Organizing logistics and following up until satisfactory delivery.
- Providing require support and documents for tenders.
- Issue and maintain procurement library of standard templates.
- Responsible for preparing a list of purchases for different spare parts
