Job Description

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, focusing on both the main contact as well as the next level above and below
  • Monitor and drive growth in market share in the identified market segments
  • Drive new business opportunities and explore growth opportunities
  • Drive overall responsible revenue for all product lines and market segments
  • Provide sales forecast by product lines and market segment
  • Provide weekly, monthly & quarterly updates to APAC on the country business by utilizing all required reporting processes and tools to ensure total clarity to the organization
  • Work with the channel and technical team to execute business plans
  • Identify and remove key obstacles to growth
  • Monitor constantly the competitive landscape in the country and develop strategies accordingly
  • Manage the Customers in the accounts segment and be accountable for generating new revenue by planning and executing sales transactions that addresses and provide solutions to the group of assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for total account management and serve as a primary interface with assigned business customers
  • Develop business value proposition based on specific customers’ needs and businesses
  • Support marketing to drive marketing campaigns and activities for demand generation and brand awareness
  • Ensure all opportunities and customers’ information are updated constantly in the sales opportunity system database

Job Requirements

  • You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, IT or any related discipline with between 7 to 10 years of sales management experience in IT Solution/Services.
  • Good experience and knowledge in selling complex digital transformation solution and services to Banks and Insurances.
  • Experience in developing and executing structured account plans for large, complex accounts and maintaining year-on-year growth
  • Demonstrated success in proactively prospecting into existing account You will interface with various levels of Veripark’s management as well as channel partners and customers and be comfortable communicating at these various levels
  • Solid understanding of IT market, market trends, customer needs and partner performance
  • Demonstrated success in building, elevating and nurturing relationships within key prospects resulting in new customer business
  • Proven customer relationship skills, with experience in interfacing with customers, at Senior Managers/Director level in both business and technology, on a regular basis
  • Possess excellent client management, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills and time management skills
  • This position may require extensive traveling
  • Ability to speak fluent English and Arabic is essential for this role
