Job Description
- Manage the brand portfolio within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term Sales and Profitability
- Develop and lead the execution of marketing plans for assigned brand and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
- Manage the innovation pipeline for the brand on a 3Y horizon based on verified consumer insights.
- Deliver timely launches for all NPDs by collaborating with relevant support functions.
- Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans.
- Lead the strategy & development of all communication plans from insight generation & big idea to execution.
- Collaborate with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs / opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands
- Lead the strategy on developing sustainable e-commerce growth model
Job Requirements
- Min 3-4 Years marketing experience, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment.
- Experience in UAE/GCC advantageous
- Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a business-related subject - from a recognized University
