Job Description
- Digital Solutions Design , Collect, qualify and document customer requirements, either directly with the customer or with the support of a Digital Solutions Functional SME.
- Ensure the design is aligned with the Corporate IT guidelines, in particular with all security constraints and requirements (interlock with the Design & Security Office team).
- Digital Solutions Configuration and Software Development and Acceptance Testing.
- Manage all software development, software configuration and technical acceptance testing as a project with level of effort estimates and associated cost estimates, timelines and milestones, a risk and opportunities register, a change log and appropriate reporting.
- Digital Solutions Deployment and maintenance .
- Ensure if required the data loading and testing, including the associated documentation, within the framework of the deployment of a new release to existing customers, or of an existing release to a new customer.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
- Good understanding of the Outsourcing business
- Excellent Program and project management experience
- Excellent tooling & processes expertise for standard collaboration tools o Ability to define tool specifications
- Good exposure to an international, multi-cultural environment o Ability to work remotely with virtual teams
- Excellent communication and marketing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
