Job Description

  • Case management.
  • Review complaints and provide legal guidance to solve them to preserve the rights of the company.
  • Working on the study of all issues related to the company and follow-up disputes and issues to which the company is a party.
  • Preparation of documents and documents necessary and documented to remove the party of the company from any lawsuit against them and provide the fundamental responses to them, with evidence and legal evidence on these issues.
  • Provide guidance and legal advice in the formulation and review of contracts and agreements of the company.
  • Develop the legal strategies and policies of the company to help reduce litigation and overcome disputes and problems with external parties.
  • Preparation of legal drafting of administrative decisions issued by the relevant departments in order not to be challenged before the competent authorities.
  • Work to find solutions to cases or problems that are not covered by the law, or there is no clear legislation regarding them.
  • Review the internal regulations and sanctions regulations in the company in cooperation with other departments and assist in their application according to the provisions of the law, and guidance in the event of any conflict with the laws and legislation's provided for by law.
  • Supervising the investigation committees concerning violations attributed to workers, complaints filed against them or against them or in cases and matters which the administration considers the formation of a commission of inquiry to study and supervise the preparation of the investigation report after it was carried out and impose penalties on violators according to the approved sanctions list.
  • Work to study complaints of legal workers transferred to the Labor Office or the courts of human resources management, and give a legal opinion.
  • Supervising the development of a special system for the accounting, auditing, classification, indexing and archiving of all resolutions, official documents, books, and legal reviews.
  • Verify that all legal legislation is already applied in the company and the initiative to indicate gaps in the resolutions and instructions in force in the company, through the application to reality and propose the necessary amendments to them.

Job Requirements

Age:-

  • At least 35 years old.

Experience:-

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience.

Qualifications:-

  • Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in law.

Foreign languages:-

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Professional skills and abilities: -

  • Full compliance with laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Good dealing with computer programs and office equipment.
  • Ability to write books, reports, and records in an appropriate legal manner.
  • The ability to create and innovate in cases that are not covered by the law or there is no legislation in them.
  • High communication skills and the art of negotiation and persuasion.
  • High managerial and organizational skills.
  • The strength of Personality.
  • Work under pressure.
