Job Description
- Maintain a data base for all potential partners, donors and sponsors interested in the field of Youth and community development.
- Built up partnerships with different parties to develop volunteering process and the community development efforts.
- Built up new communication channels and relations with organizations and active characters through good representation for the ERC.
- Create and develop fund opportunities to the Programs and initiatives of youth and volunteers through the good presentation of the activities of the Egyptian Red Crescent.
- Develop different opportunities to the ERC 's youth and volunteers To interact with other youth associations and bodies to share experiences and skills
- Initiate marketing and advertisement plans to all volunteers activities.
- Invest in international and local events in campaigns to promote the Egyptian Red Crescent volunteer, highlight its role in society and arrange with the concerned authorities to make the necessary arrangements.
- Cooperate in the planning and organization in any events and campaigns organized by the Department
- Continually identify and research various motivational methods that value volunteer efforts and increase their competence
- Present regular reports to the head of department.
Job Requirements
- Relevant BSC. degree.
- Excellent command in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Experience in national societies and non profit org. is an added value.
- Experience in marketing campaigns organization.
- Experience in building and maintaining sustainable partnership.
