Job Description

FaceGraph (Based out of California, USA) is building a cutting edge platform to make human interaction with machines seamless, secure and fun.

We are looking to hire a strong self motivated HR & Operations manager to join our office in Egypt to help us grow our local team and make sure we deliver the best value to business and employees.

Responsibilities

General Administration (Primary):

  • Create and maintain company's users accounts and emails setup
  • Enter invoices into company's expenses tool
  • Submit invoices to customers monthly
  • Maintains the records/files that allow for the access to relevant information and policies of the company
  • Actively participates in the Board of Director’s meetings including taking and recording minutes

Office & HR (Primary):

  • Work with hiring managers to recruit top talents from the job market
  • Conduct HR phone and in person interviews
  • Maintain employees records
  • Maintain employees vacation balances and time off requests
  • Organize company events & calendar
  • Handle internal and external companies communications
  • Act as a bridge between company's employees in the US and abroad
  • Ordering general supplies for the office
  • Answer general phone calls if any
  • Accept and sign for packages received
  • Ensure office is well kept and very exciting to work at

Marketing and customer support management (Secondary):

  • Oversee company's social marketing direction for local markets
  • Work with the Art director to maintain company's local image on social media
  • Build and manage a customer support team for our products (In the future this may develop to be an independent role)

Job Requirements

  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience
  • Willingness to learn software development terms and basic IT knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimal supervision should be required as the candidate must be self-driven, have ability to multitask and plan and complete your own tasks.
  • Strong soft skills and great command of spoken language for both English and Arabic is a must
  • General marketing & PR experience is a plus
  • General IT administration or experience maintaining operations for software houses is a plus
