Job Description
- Architectural engineer supervising the finishes
- Conceptual presentation work
- Shall prepare detail and working drawings for various types of design projects.
- Shall be involved in review and preparing specifications
- You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservation from the earliest stages right through to completion.
- Control projects submittals for materials and documentation
- Preparing engineering reports
- Contact suppliers and sub-contractors for pricing and negotiate to find the best spec.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Proficiency in design software Auto-cad, Photoshop.
- 5 years of experience in technical office & site supervision
- Knowledgeable about prices and materials
- Excellent presentation skills
- Appreciating art and willing to support it with architecture
