Job Description
- Tracking different KPIs, analyzing them on a regular basis, measuring and looking into factors affecting those KPIs.
- Monitoring high demand areas and design push factors to incentive supply availability
- Analyzing drivers economics.
- Regularly running cohort analysis for drivers with different activity levels, tracking the change in performance and coming up with a plan to enhance the performance of the different segment.
- Data Modeling for supply planning process and budgeting.
- Running and assessing different growth experiments and building playbooks of best supply practice.
- Work on cross-functional operations that is responsible for driving, drivers performance through monitoring, experimentation, and prototyping
