Public Relations Executive

Job Summary:

A Public Relations Executive builds business by understanding and supporting the company’s external parties and clients as well as trying to influence their opinion and behavior. Public Relations Executive will be instrumental in enhancing the company’s popularity and trustworthiness. PR Executive duties include reaching new prospects, maintaining exceptional communication and negotiation skills by possessing creativity and knowledge of different tactics to identify and engage the appropriate target audience, demonstrating competitive intelligence, raising the awareness of the company and its brand, providing reports and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement public relations strategies
• Builds and maintains a positive public image for the organization
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends
• Works on gaining and understanding our clients, as well as trying to influence their opinion and behavior to ensure future cooperation
• Organize and manage PR events and activities
• Find new business leads through directories, client referrals, etc.
• Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
• Use different channels to optimize campaign’s reach and success
• Handle social media accounts and deliver analytics on social media, reporting on traffic, engagement and followers figures
• Expedite the resolution of the external parties’ problems and complaints
• Coordinate PR efforts with other team members and other departments
