Job Description
- Assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and accounting records
- Establish well-documented systems for record keeping and accounting
- Supervise and direct the work activities of accounting and bookkeeping personnel
- Ensure compliance with accounting and finance standards, best practices, and government regulations
- Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
- Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Job Requirements
- Fluent German language (verbal and written)
- 1-5 years of experience in finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, finance, tax, reporting, budgeting, business operations, strategic planning, FP&A.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial packages software.
