Job Description

The responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of learning and development systems and processes.

These will include:

  • Training administration ( Programs, Schedules, System implementation..etc.)
  • Budget tracking to maintain profitability.
  • Development queries, and responsible for all related administration.
  • Support our admin staff to ensure the development and maintenance of robust learning management systems and processes.
  • Establishing systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the service offering.
  • Together with our admin staff, arrange hospitality, liaison with trainers, booking training rooms, printing and distributing course materials and ensuring required equipment is available and in working order for the efficient running of all relevant events.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring attendance, ensuring that staff required to attend specific workshops are easily identified and followed up
  • Work closely with the learning and development partner to design and communicate administrative procedures for the booking of both in-house and external training courses.
  • Manage our annual mandatory training calendar ensuring full completion within targeted timescales and providing timely and accurate updates to people services partners and senior leaders
  • Establish systems to record and produce regular reports on learning and development metrics, including spend, to agreed timescales.

Job Requirements

  • Business oriented.
  • Previous Experience in well known training centers is a must.
  • Owns the required skills to create a system that can develop and grow the training business.
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Work is on Full Time or Part-time basis
