• Finding End-user needs and list his purposes and problems that needs to be solved with product requirements.
  
• Study brief and information architect. and Know the real purpose. and objective of the product and what will give back to user.
  
• Conduct research, for similar services or product in the same industry to generate list of ideas.
  
• Reconstruct the list of idea to create a creative story to solves and address the clients needs.
  
• Design friendly user experience and user interface according to a creative brief from account executives.
  
• Generate user flow and expectation diagram.
  
• Sketch all needed wire frames.
  
• Re-challenge the results with latest technology trends.
  
• Prototyping the produced data utilizing the clients brand guides.
  
• Convert the end results to a client friendly shareable media.
  
• Create project media library and guide for all assets.
  
• Create project development guide explaining the creative and its flow and behavior.
  
• Communicate with developers to assure project development is as expected in the creative phase.
  
• Prepare end results for awards submission.
