Job Description

  • Responsible for finishing the assigned tasks.
  • Build and Maintain all company technical environment and servers on premises and on cloud.
  • Optimize using the company assets like Laptops, Printers, Scanners and any other devices.
  • Manage users and groups policies.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly backup for high priority applications.
  • Responsible for maintaining uptime for all the required servers.
  • Responsible for maintaining all the 3rd party vendor supporting organization applications.
  • Responsible for FTP and maintaining a copy of sources control for all the development work.
  • Provide internal and external domains for development, testing and customer demo purposes.
  • Monitor network usage and activities.
  • Provide fire wall and virus check for the download files.
  • Provide remote services for critical product deployment.
  • Provide help desk support for the department.
  • Responsible for Deployment and configuration for all mentioned products in Specific Knowledge and Business Understanding.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
  • Responsible for sizing the related activities in the projects.
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Assists with the design and implementation of end-to-end Infrastructure solutions using either in-house or vendor technologies to meet business needs and client requirements. Begins to evaluate security protocols of vendor technology for compliance with company / industry security standards and applies necessary course of action to include unbundling of vendor technology to ensure continued security compliance.
  • Applies innovative solutions to update existing middleware technologies while collaborating with appropriate departments and/or vendors to ensure continued functionality.
  • Reviews application and system logs to identify exception errors and performance bottlenecks. Begins to Determine the necessary course of action and takes appropriate corrective actions as directed, to include engaging appropriate support groups to apply corrective actions. Collaborates with System Administrators, development groups, or vendors on the testing and application patches and/or upgrades. Schedules batch jobs and patches for middleware technologies.
  • Begins to act as a "Tier 3" level of support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner to improve application performance, availability and functionality.
  • Assists with Creating and maintains documentation for middleware installations, changes and upgrades, and maintains compliance based on changes within the industry and/or best practices. Reviews industry documentation and publications to begin to identify potential impacts or enhancements and provides feedback to more senior team members and/or management.
  • Act as escalation path for major and critical incidents to ensure service is restored urgently.
  • Direct and coordinate the Major Incident process, coordinating activities of resolver teams including specialist support groups / third-party suppliers.
  • Contribute to design and development of Service Management processes and reports.
  • Actively participate in the infrastructure life cycle management strategy to deliver secure, highly availability, and high performance.
  • Maximize the extensibility, scalability, availability, and elasticity of the infrastructure services environment.
  • Recruit, develop and retain an exceptional infrastructure services team building collaboration, partnership, and credibility.
  • Maintain effective Vendor relationships to ensure collaboration in achieving enterprise goals. Ensure SLA is established, monitored and managed effectively; identify, prioritize, and resolve issues with IT Partners and vendors.
  • Assist internal and external departments with various customer-related tasks, as requested by management.

Job Requirements

  • CCNA Certified
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any related equivalent
  • 8+ years of Experience
  • Very Good Knowledge of MS SharePoint Administration & Implementation
  • Very Good Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud Platform Technologies (Azure, AWS, OpenStack, VMware ... etc.)
  • Very Good Knowledge of ITIL Concepts and Techniques
  • Good knowledge of CISCO Network Devices
  • Strong Communication Skills & Teamwork
  • Very good English language skills (Speaking & Writing)
  • Team working skills with a great attitude and work ethic.
  • Work overtime if need according to client and company request.
  • Cooperative personality & Self-education skills.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within a Windows Server environment
  • Demonstrable level of troubleshooting competence
  • A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking
  • A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
  • Working knowledge of common network monitoring and security utilities.
  • Troubleshooting focused on determining hardware vs. software, hardware vs. firmware, software vs. operating system, network vs. application/systems, and patterned vs. non-repeatable problems.
  • Solid Experience in Azure and Office 365.
  • Should have experience in deployment and configuration for products of below: -
    • Microsoft Exchange.
    • Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
