Job Description

  • Develop Macros using #VBA to automate reports.
  • Gather, prepare, and analyze raw data to create/develop reports based on the clients’ requirements.
  • Self-development and creativity in MS Excel to develop and deliver efficient, accurate and automated reports to the client.
  • Deliver VBA training to the team members.
  • Engage with other sites via conference calls to gather the requirements.
  • Automate the existing reports to reduce the run-rate using advanced formulas and VBA codes.
  • Good knowledge of #Power #BI.
  • Participates in delivering the OMD objectives, daily, weekly, monthly & annually.
  • Proactively communicates with the OMD Supervisor/Manager concerning deliverers.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate
  • English Language fluency is a MUST (Oral & Written)
  • Very Advanced Knowledge in Excel in a MUST.
  • Familiar with reporting and analysis.
  • Previous experience in similar role is a must.
  • Call center background is a MUST.
