Job Description
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
- Handle screening process & selection of qualified calibers through conducting phone interviews.
- Sourcing Potential Phases of candidates through his own sourcing activities (Location visits, outdoor sourcing activities).
- Dealing with recruitment agencies and out sources.
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
- Arrange interviews time schedules.
- Making the initial interviews & the pre-employment tests for the new candidates.
- Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientations and welcome them on board.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Attend job fairs and careers events.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum one year of experience in Blue Collar massive Recruitment.
- Very Good in written and spoken English.
- Eager to learn and to make huge achievements.
- Facility Management or Construction industry is preferred .
- Very Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Having the ability to work outside the office to have an effective sourcing.
