Joviality for Natural Beauty Products is expanding. We're hiring a passionate Brand Marketing Manager who would be able to lead the way into growing the business and achieving sales targets. We are looking for someone with experience in both online and offline marketing. This is a challenging and dynamic role and an opportunity to be part of very fast paced environment.
The brand Marketing Manager will:
- Create annual marketing plan and puts strategy for brand growth.
- Create & execute marketing campaigns online & offline with in-house team and suppliers as necessary.
- Lead on digital marketing optimization and online ad spending.
- Create & execute influencer & PR programs
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; pitching new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Analyze sales results and data from consumers to identify opportunities for growth
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Maintain monthly sales reports and recommends strategies to meet sales targets.
- Follow up on sales channels and sales targets.
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
- Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
- Leading on business development by locking deals with new sales channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Business/Marketing or similar
- 4-5 Years of experience in Marketing.
- Great communication & analysis skills.
