Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer responsible to:

  • Provide enterprise-level assistance to our employees, that will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs.
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
  • Resolve network issues, configure operating systems and use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
  • Use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role, If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Work with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
  • Update self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
  • Test and fix-faulty equipment
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of computer engineering /communication / computer science
  • Experience from 1-3 years in same field
  • Courses: CCNA –Preferred certified
  • MCSA Preferred certified
  • Have knowledge in administrator mikrotik
  • Have knowledge support windows ,Linux, mac
  • Have knowledge in firewall management
