Job Description

Job Summary:

The role holder will be responsible for strategizing, organizing and executing all related products` promotion plan across the market, the role`s responsibilities covering many aspects such as leading the promotions` plans and team, managing the promotions warehouse, and communicating with the targeted clients.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Consistently analyzing the market dynamics, the competitors, and proposing /setting the promotions plans accordingly in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.
  • Developing the seasonal promotion`s calendar & its related plans, and assuring its proper cascading down the line to the promotion`s team.
  • Estimating the department`s needs of the promotion’s materials, giveaways and tools, and consistently assuring that strict controls are implemented in managing the promotion`s warehouse in coordination with the finance department.
  • Consistently updating and validating the clients` database in coordination with the customer service department.
  • Investigating the client’s complaints and assuring a proper response to them in the shortest span of time.
  • Post the promotions seasons, the role holder is responsible to develop all the required analysis reports to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses, and propose the corrective actions to the upper management.
  • Coordinating with the engineering department regarding all needed maintenance to the promotion`s fleet, and assure its readiness to service before the seasons.
  • Coordinating with the HR division regarding the hiring needs, performance evaluations and all related personnel matters.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, and any advanced degrees will be a strong plus.
  • 12-15 years relevant experience in promotions/marketing field, preferably if had an exposure to the education industry.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven successful track record of managing promotions department previously.
