Job Description
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Conducts In house investigation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law preferably English section.
- From 4 to 6 years of experience in a reputable company preferably outsourcing/telecommunication/e-commerce/call center.
- Proven expertise in:
- Employee investigations (white collars)
- Labor law office disputes and case
- General legal compliance
- Contracts and agreements drafting is highly preferable.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
