- Job Duties:
- Build new and existing networks and leverage those networks in order to prospect and nurture opportunities that lead to sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
- Evaluates, determines and realizes quarterly business growth goals.
- Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information.
- Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.
- Generate leads, setting up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team.
- Prepare weekly sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and activity.
- The ability to create custom pipelines with tools to help you track sales activities.
- Put the pipeline management plan into practice by setting it up in a tool like a CRM.
- Regularly conduct outdoor visits to approach new clients.
