Job Description

About the Job

  • Contact potential customers//investors through calls, emails, site visits, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
  • Help the customer/investor to Find the property which matching his needs and budget.
  • Help the customer/investor to invest in real-estate by giving him advice and recommendation.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince customers and secure a consulting deal.
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
  • Support preparing the properties up for sale to advertising them on various media.
  • Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract customers.
  • Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software -
  • Focused on customer service, the ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
