Job Description
- Manage all Human Resources activities for the operation ensuring alignment and consistency with broader business and departmental objectives
- Assisting the Department’s managers in understanding and implementing all the HR policies and procedures
- Developing the HR Strategies with Department’s managers to cover all the current and future needs for individuals and skills
- Analyzing the Training needs with cooperation with department’s managers and the training team
- Responsible for designing and maintain the organization’s performance system and supervise the developing of Key performance indicators (KPIs) in all functions
- Responsible identifying the training needs to be required for jobs with coordinating with training team
- Supervising implementation of training according to the approved training plan and ensures that it achieves the goals
- Reviewing the job descriptions in case of the existence of any updates
- Supervising periodically on the Personnel team in all the social insurance and employee’s files work
- Analyze key performance metrics such as absenteeism to determine employee relations climate and make recommendations for improvement. Develop programs to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.
- Plus other managerial skills related to the position
