Job Description
- Setting policies and objectives for medical services in the hospital.
- Planning, organizing, directing and monitoring all services and activities carried out by the hospital's diagnostic, diagnostic and pharmaceutical departments.
- Develop continuous medical training programs for the various treatment, diagnostic, rehabilitation and pharmaceutical departments.
- Evaluate the performance of employees and make the necessary recommendations.
- Supervising the development of the program of quality quality and infection control for the departments of treatment, diagnostic, rehabilitation and pharmacy and follow-up the implementation of programs in these sections.
- Preparing and updating the working procedures manual in the administration from time to time.
- Distribution of family and specialty clinics on medical specialties affiliated to the Department.
- Identify and follow-up the provision of the Department's needs of medical, non-medical equipment, tools and supplies.
- Distribution of doctors to cover the work in the departments of patients and outpatient clinics.
- Study and evaluation of cases in collaboration with doctors working.
- Evaluate the performance of doctors working in the administration and make recommendations accordingly.
- Developing management services in keeping with developments in medical sciences and methods.
- Submit periodic reports on the sections of treatment, diagnostic, rehabilitation and pharmaceutical.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Master & Consultant
- Experience: 2 years experience in the same field.
- Training: ACLS, and management programs - BLS pulmonary resuscitation
