Job Description
- Oversee patient services to meet Organizational goals.
- Ensure achievement of high levels of client and service user satisfaction, and monitor these on regular basis.
- Responsible for compliance on food and taking all necessary actions within area of responsibility.
- Recruit, train and mentor patient service staffs.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing patient service programs.
- Ensure that the registration processes for new patients including the provision of appropriate information to patients are followed and to review and make suggestions for changes to this system.
- Develop programs that promote continuous learning and develop, train and motivate teams to ensure the highest quality of services.
- Periodic follow-up of performance indicators and preparation of the department's completion rate reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in medicine or medical management or similar degree.
- Proven experience as Patient Service Manager. At least 5 year's
- Qualification in Food Safety and Hygiene standards, and Health & Safety.
- Strong Leadership, communication, customer service, supervisory.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment
