Job Description
Do you consider yourself a technical support superhero? Do you have what it takes to solve customers technical issues?
If the above describes you, we’d like you to join our team as a ticket/chat technical support agent (for immediate hiring).
- You will help our customers from all around the world to solve software technical issues.
- The available position is for a night shift, and the working hours are 3 PM to 11 PM Cairo time.
- You need a laptop for this position.
Job Requirements
- Fluent written English with no grammar or spelling errors. (Tools will be provided to help you with that).
- The ability to work night shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM.
- Good keyboard typing speed.
- The ability to use web applications comfortably.
- A laptop is needed for this position.
ANY knowledge in the following would be a plus:
- Understanding the difference between users technical issues and bugs
- Any hosting related knowledge including CPanel, LINUX
- Any WordPress usage knowledge
- Any HTML, CSS, JS knowledge
