Job Description

  • Organize and maintain business/personal paperwork for the CEO.
  • Provide high quality, efficient, administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. This includes typing, copying, faxing, filing, telephone coverage, processing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies, setting up, assisting with and/or scheduling of meetings and agendas.
  • Book travel tickets and Hotel reservations. Prepares and maintains the CEO's expense report.
  • Transcribes audio clips, voice mail, and verbal messages and answers correspondence independently.
  • Facilitates implementation of policies and programs.
  • Prepares minutes and summaries of actions taken.
  • Relays CEO's instructions to managers and staff members while maintaining efficient communication channels between top management and company members.
  • Possesses and uses strong interpersonal skills, provides information where judgment, knowledge, and interpretation of policies, procedures, and regulations are necessary.
  • Follow up the workflow/operations cycle.
  • Follow up shipping and logistics operations with local and abroad forwarders and clearing agents.to meet budget guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word processing, Spreadsheet, and Presentation programs.
  • Flexibility in working hours to match with business requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within Egypt or abroad is preferred but not a must.
