Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
- Achieving individual annual target
- Being responsible for account managing, sustaining and maximizing revenues from named key accounts/within Sector.
- Developing new business accounts as per an agreed upon criteria.
- Being accountable for and managing quarterly account planning/strategy and pipeline.
- Preparing quotes for potential clients as well as maintaining all documentation of such quotes and contracts with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Maintaining an awareness of all products and services knowledge information, merchandise promotions.
- Identifying market trends to grow incremental revenue/commercial opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities and developing account goals, and tactics to grow new business, building strong relations with their organizations
- Conducting (with the help of Pre Sales Team) Pre Sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations if required by customers.
- Documenting profiles using a sales management/customers database.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Similar previous experience in Networks/Information Security/Telecom sales is preferred.
- Similar previous experience in one of these sectors (General Business, Telecom, Banking, O&G, Industrial) is preferred.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Professional Sales and Negotiations skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE and other IT tools.
- Ability to work in a team under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel within Egypt or abroad.
