Job Description

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Achieving individual annual target
  • Being responsible for account managing, sustaining and maximizing revenues from named key accounts/within Sector.
  • Developing new business accounts as per an agreed upon criteria.
  • Being accountable for and managing quarterly account planning/strategy and pipeline.
  • Preparing quotes for potential clients as well as maintaining all documentation of such quotes and contracts with accurate pricing and configurations.
  • Maintaining an awareness of all products and services knowledge information, merchandise promotions.
  • Identifying market trends to grow incremental revenue/commercial opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing account goals, and tactics to grow new business, building strong relations with their organizations
  • Conducting (with the help of Pre Sales Team) Pre Sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations if required by customers.
  • Documenting profiles using a sales management/customers database.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English reading and writing
  • Similar previous experience in Networks/Information Security/Telecom sales is preferred.
  • Similar previous experience in one of these sectors (General Business, Telecom, Banking, O&G, Industrial) is preferred.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Professional Sales and Negotiations skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE and other IT tools.
  • Ability to work in a team under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within Egypt or abroad.
