Job Description
- Achieving an agreed upon annual net collected revenue target
- Designing and implementing a sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Being responsible for managing the designated Sector business, sustaining and maximizing revenues from all the accounts within the Sector.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing and assessing the sales team.
- Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the Sector Sales team.
- Being directly involved in commercial decisions that impact the sales strategy within his/her Sector.
- Providing timely feedback to top management regarding Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sector Sales team.
- Supervising the creation and conduction of proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assisting Sales Team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Controlling sales expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Similar previous experience in Networks/Information Security/Telecom sales is preferred.
- Similar previous experience in one of these sectors (General Business, Telecom, Banking, O&G, Industrial) is preferred.
- Confident leader with excellent communications skills.
- Professional Sales and Negotiations skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE and other IT tools.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel within Egypt or abroad.
