Job Description
- Receive visitors, receive incoming calls and direct calls to relevant persons.
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain reasonable quantities of stationery in stock of office stationery.
- Responsible for the Administration department archiving system
- Assist in organizing the company general events and handling general visitors arrangements
- Work Location will be company reception area.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Business Administration (English), or Languages.
- Excellent command of English language.
- From 1 to 2 years of related experience
- High communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in customer services/ticketing will be an assist.
