- As part of a team focused on delivering great customer experiences, you’ll Help Apple users in any iOS-software issue (activating the device - backup - restore - create a new icloud account...etc)
- You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with iOS-software and MacOS-software.

Job Requirements
- 1+ year of previous exp. in iOS-software and macOS-software.
- Good commend. of English.
- Decent appearance and dealing professionally with clients.
- B.Sc. or equivalent diploma is required.
- Maadi and nearby neighborhood citizens are preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent verbal communication skills and Having strong people skills.
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints and inquiries.
