Job Description
- Ensure that all presented credit files are complete and all related documents are fulfilled in compliance with company policies & procedures in case of New Grant, Limit increase &/or Annual Reviews:
- Provides the management with full accurate credit assessment for new and existing clients through the credit presentations presented to the different managerial levels for approval.
- Supervise the proper management of accounts by his department. Any deviations/amendments in the existing lease facilities and controlling conditions are to be raised to senior management.
- Acting as a liaison between the Risk Management Department (RMD) and the Credit Analysis Department (CAD), assuring that any risk issues related to new / or existing clients are being handled and resolved.
- Ensure that any policy exception is properly identified and that the credit package is directed to proper lending authority.
- Establish and formalize a Risk Acceptance Criteria for A.T. LEASE clients that would act as a standard guideline for the acceptance of clients on different scales; company, industry, financial performance, etc.
- Attend Joint meetings with other leasing companies or banks in case of syndication or club deals.
- on-job training for his staff, trainees and new comers.
- Review credit packages and memos prepared by Credit analysts and Credit Specialists.
- Review monthly reports prepared by Credit analysts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 9 years’ experience in the credit analysis field.
- Credit Certificate is a Must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages.
