Job Description

  • Responsible for Payroll process; Review time sheets to calculate absence, punishment (According to Egyptian Labor Law).
  • Manage the attendance, working hours, vacations & permissions of the employees.
  • Responsible for updating Holidays Balance and Disciplinary Actions Database.
  • Handle End of Probation and Contracts Renewal.
  • Handle personnel, social & medical issues and HR letters.
  • Responsible for Starters, Leavers, Transfers, promotion and termination issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, or any Relevant Field.
  • Experience Minimum 2 years Managing the Entire Process.
  • HR Diploma or HR Certified Studies are Preferable.
  • Mastering Excel Knowledge
