Job Description
- Responsible for Payroll process; Review time sheets to calculate absence, punishment (According to Egyptian Labor Law).
- Manage the attendance, working hours, vacations & permissions of the employees.
- Responsible for updating Holidays Balance and Disciplinary Actions Database.
- Handle End of Probation and Contracts Renewal.
- Handle personnel, social & medical issues and HR letters.
- Responsible for Starters, Leavers, Transfers, promotion and termination issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, or any Relevant Field.
- Experience Minimum 2 years Managing the Entire Process.
- HR Diploma or HR Certified Studies are Preferable.
- Mastering Excel Knowledge
