Job Description
- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
- Writing and producing presentations and press releases
- Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits
- Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
- Participate and contribute to marketing activities
- Working on websites and social media and writing and producing presentations, reports, articles, and brochures for both external and internal distribution.
- Participate and contribute to marketing activities
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists, and maintain a media database.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively through different channels.
- Negotiating contracts and fees
- Generating innovative ideas
- Overseeing setting up of a venue
- Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver a presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Manage clients’ relationships.
- Follows-up writing projects proposals and presents them to corporate.
