Job Description
Main Duties:
- Develop processes to ensure compliance related to key supply chain requirements such as quality control, storage and distribution Develop processes to ensure compliance related to key supply chain requirements such as quality control, storage and distribution
- provide technical advice and guidance about importation process, sourcing information and review large pharmaceuticals orders to minimize inappropriate procurement
- Demonstrate significant expertise in contract negotiations and cost management
- Develop category strategies
- Lead strategic supplier relationship management to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
- Well versed in analysis of spend data and cost models for continuous improvement
- Develop supplier score cards and other analytics to enable team to effectively manage supplier performance
- Maintain relationships with various business functions across the organization including Sales, legal, Quality and Finance.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and track inventory levels
- Lead supplier selection and pre-qualification process.
- Conduct Quality Control and pharmacovigilance activities, when deemed necessary or as an element of routine supplier management.
- Develop an information sharing network regarding product safety .
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of relative experience in foreign procurement field and logistics cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science or Science
- ERP & Pharmaceutical experiences are must.
- Strong communications and negotiations skills.
- Good command of English.
