Job Description
Duties and Tasks
- Study and prepare the Tender file (Technically and financially).
- Perform Quantity Survey and Prepare all data for surveying.
- Analysis all Items & prices and estimating the projects.
- Get and Follow up the suppliers' offers and the subcontractors.
- Prepare the Technical and Financial proposals.
- Prepare and review the shop drawings and its technical specifications.
- Review the biding file financially and technically.
- Review the proposed schedule for projects under study.
- Issue Database for the Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Issue and update Database include the prices from the suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Working Conditions
- Working hours: From 9 to 5 pm (Head office)
- Days off: Friday and Saturday (Head Office)
- Work is performed in an office/Site environment.
- Fast paced working environment.
- Go frequently for external assignments/Meetings.
- Can travel outside Cairo/Egypt if needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/
Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. - Work Experience From 6 to 12 years of related Experience.
- Excellent knowledge in construction elements breakdown and
details. - Construction background.
- Excellent Arabic Language.
- Very Good English Language.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office, AutoCad, and Revit.
