Job Description
- Responsible for the customer satisfaction & solving any customer complain as per the company policy
- Responsible for achieving the store financial budget
- Responsible to control the store costs
- Responsible for planning of the manpower to the optimum
- Responsible for the quality of products & service-
- Responsible to suggest new ideas to increase sales & make local store marketing in his area
- Responsible for the store cleanliness & the staff hygiene
- Responsible for dealing with the governmental offices
- Responsible for the basic business tasks (ordering, training, scheduling, profit & lose, filling…etc.)
- Responsible to motivate the staff , create good work environment to decrease the turnover- Responsible for preparing action plans to achieve different targets
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Experience in Food and Beverage or Food Services is a must
