Job Description
- Responsible for the General Atmosphere (Store, Staff).
- Manages daily operation checklist
- Manages meeting between shifts.
- Motivates and communicates needed tasks and information’s to staff through between shifts meeting.
- Responsible for the shortages of products and supplies.
- Responsible for the staff motivating and training.
- Responsible for reporting needed reports to direct manager
- Communicates through sending and receiving emails along with follows up when needed.
- Contact customers to solve problems
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
Job Requirements
- Experience in Food & Beverage (Restaurants) from 3 to 5 years minimum.
