Engineering and General Maintenance Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Ensures all services & upgrades are performed with the least disruption to operations as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to business.
• Maintains a good working stock of equipment according to operational requirements.
• Analyze processes to ensure efficient functioning and perform analysis to make adjustments.
• Ensures issues are resolved or repaired timeously minimizing visitors’ disruption
• Ensures monthly budget control as per hospital standards
• People Management & ensures that provided training is aligned to organizational goals, succession plans and talent management
