Job Description
- lead a legal team and develop talents that drive value across the business Supervise government transactions.
- Pleading on behalf of the parties, supporting them, defending them and representing them in courts and judicial institutions.
- Ability to draft and manage complex regulatory documentations.
- Provide senior leadership across the business on legal matters.
- In capacity to work with departmental leadership and key stakeholder across the business in overseeing and ensuring legal compliance.
Job Requirements
- More than 7+ Years of working experience in legal corporate.
- BSc in law (Master preferred).
- High knowledge in Public law and its regulations and governmental procedures.
- Preferably working as senior lawyer.
- Have a successful experience on complex , high value , contracts and agreements.
