Job Description
Job Duties:
- Contact potential customers//investors through calls, emails, site visits, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
- Help the customer/investor to find the property which matching his needs and budget.
- Help the customer/investor to invest in real-estate by giving him advice and recommendation.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince customers and secure a consulting deal.
- Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
- Support preparing the properties up for sale to advertising them on various media.
- Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract customers.
- Attending all sales event and exhibitions.
- Prepare the needed and updated weekly reports and database and provide it to the sales manager.
- Staying up to date with sales market trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2-3 years social engagement experience in real estates.
- Strong familiarity with all posting formats & capabilities across Facebook (Pages), Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn (Companies & Groups), YouTube.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- College degree with a major in English, Writing, Communications or related field.
- Location: Prefer Giza residents.
- Dress Code: Formal
