Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Contact potential customers//investors through calls, emails, site visits, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
  • Help the customer/investor to find the property which matching his needs and budget.
  • Help the customer/investor to invest in real-estate by giving him advice and recommendation.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince customers and secure a consulting deal.
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
  • Support preparing the properties up for sale to advertising them on various media.
  • Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract customers.
  • Attending all sales event and exhibitions.
  • Prepare the needed and updated weekly reports and database and provide it to the sales manager.
  • Staying up to date with sales market trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years social engagement experience in real estates.
  • Strong familiarity with all posting formats & capabilities across Facebook (Pages), Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn (Companies & Groups), YouTube.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • College degree with a major in English, Writing, Communications or related field.
  • Location: Prefer Giza residents.
  • Dress Code: Formal
