Job Description

  • Receiving all the company's calls, emails, and requests.
  • Providing all needed information for callers, emails and requests.
  • Transferring calls and requests to the right department and the right person.
  • Documenting papers, through filling, and writing them on word, powerpoint and excel if needed.
  • Prepare for meetings in terms of room, people, date, and materials needed.
  • Reserving for employees traveling abroad in terms of hotels and tickets.
  • Greeting national and foreigners visitors.
  • Responsible for office protocol and petty cash.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 Years Experience.
  • Good English Language.
  • Good computer Skills.
  • Females only.
  • Presentable.
  • High Flexibility
  • Heliopolis, Nasr City and New Cairo are Preferred
