Job Description
- Receiving all the company's calls, emails, and requests.
- Providing all needed information for callers, emails and requests.
- Transferring calls and requests to the right department and the right person.
- Documenting papers, through filling, and writing them on word, powerpoint and excel if needed.
- Prepare for meetings in terms of room, people, date, and materials needed.
- Reserving for employees traveling abroad in terms of hotels and tickets.
- Greeting national and foreigners visitors.
- Responsible for office protocol and petty cash.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years Experience.
- Good English Language.
- Good computer Skills.
- Females only.
- Presentable.
- High Flexibility
- Heliopolis, Nasr City and New Cairo are Preferred
