Job Description
- Maintain the server management systems of the company and are as follows (Domain Server - Exchange Server - AD - Antivirus Server - Skype Server)
- Connect the internal network all the branches of the group and make them work in one system and the use of all the auxiliary devices from (Routers - Switches - Access Points - Firewall).
- Follow up the internal network performance of the branches and the solving any problem of their own to avoid any disruption to the work system within the group.
- Technical support for all computers and printers in all branches of the group.
- Technical support for any information technology device of the company's employees’ mobiles and tablets and any other device if necessary and run the email company and solve any problem if any.
- Supports all employees and the work of VPN Connection for the possibility of working from abroad on the company's email and the company system Oracle App.
- Supports the agencies in all governorates of the group and follow up its work and solve any problem, especially the company or VPN connection or any other problem.
- Works on the firewall to prevent and restrict the use of the Internet and prevent the entry of viruses as much as possible and protect the servers and the network of the group.
- Solve all the problems of Oracle App on the staff of the group.
- Technical support for Hand-Held's problems of sales representatives.
- Technical support for fingerprint devices of Finger Print
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience 1-3 years in IT
- Proficient in English
