Job Description
- The field trainer will be responsible for the On-Job training in the field with all the teams, Also identifies the training needs, coordinates, and communicate reports on field visits and delivers the sales training according to the business needs and ensures that all gaps in knowledge, skills, and competency have been filled out completely to ensure that the training is compliant with the practical techniques that need to be used on field, He/she uses various techniques to heighten their level of performance on the field.
Job Requirements
- Resident in South Cairo & Delta ( Preferably Gharbia or Mansoura )
- Bachelor degree of Pharmacy , Vet , Medicine
- At least five-years experience is a must
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent computer & communications skills
- Energetic & looking for career path
- Own car is a must
